Personal Connection

There have been similar situations that Pip and I have experienced. When Estella first meets Pip she treats him poorly and in the end the story Pip walks away with Estella to what seems like forever for Pip. When I think back on that I believe Estella judged Pip without getting to know him and I know for sure I have been on both sides of judging and being judged. That is just a small connection that I could make, on a bigger scale Pip matures like any other person would and values traits that make a good person over social advancement, wealth, and class. The reason I picked this was because I just felt being a good person always comes before anything you can’t buy friends, family, and respect from others with money. Growing up being a good person is like a moral code and you are taught how to be nice throughout your entire life I felt Pip really valued these traits and I felt a connection while I was reading. Another little connection I can make is when Pip left for London and he felt terrible that he did not say a proper good bye. There have been many moments in my life where I left for just a little thing without saying goodbye and then felt terrible after. After something like that happens it gets stuck on your mind for longer than you would want it and I think Pip felt the same way. There were not many huge connections I can make, but when I found one it mad tons of sense.
